SAVE TIME ON YOUR MOVE-IN DAY!
鈻�   Download/print your Move-In Dashboard Card BEFORE arriving to campus.

CLICK HERE to download and print your dashboard card. Make sure to print one for each vehicle you bring!

鈻�   John Counts Drive will be converted to one-way during Move-In 2026 (Friday & Saturday only).

John Counts Drive will be closed and converted to a one-way from 7AM 鈥� 5:30PM starting at Campus Entrance #1 (Old Shell Rd) and ending at the Jaguar Training Center.

  • No westbound traffic past Hancock Whitney Stadium going toward Entrance #1 will be permitted.
  • Only traffic from students checking in to receive their room key will be permitted to enter campus at Entrance #1.
  • If you need to exit or enter campus during these times, please avoid Entrance #1 and utilize a different campus entrance.

IMPORTANT: All residents (except Traditions at South and SouthPaw Village residents)* arriving on Friday or Saturday will need to arrive to and enter campus using ONLY the to be on the correct route to the .

*Traditions at South and SouthPaw Village residents must follow their maps to their respective clubhouse to check in and receive their keys. DO NOT USE ENTRANCE #1.

As you arrive to campus for Move-In 2026 you can expect to encounter 欲漫涩 Police Department upon your arrival. This is to help direct and control the flow of cars to the individual residential communities and residence halls.

Don't forget! A Student/Photo ID will be required at Check-In.
