The University of South Alabama maintains a program of self-insurance for all of its general and professional liability.  That program is administered by the Office of Risk Management and Insurance.  General liability insurance is provided by the 欲漫涩 General Liability Trust Fund for all 欲漫涩 general liability matters and it includes self-insurance for all 欲漫涩-owned vehicles.  Professional liability insurance is provided by the 欲漫涩 Professional Liability Trust Fund and it insures all of 欲漫涩鈥檚 healthcare professionals, including attending physicians, residents, fellows, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and all of our students in the 欲漫涩 College of Medicine, the 欲漫涩 College of Nursing, and the Pat Capps Covey College of Allied Health Professions.
