欲漫涩 Percussion Ensemble Spring Concerts April 10 and April 11

The 欲漫涩 Percussion Ensemble will present their Spring Concert on Monday, April 10 at 7:30 p.m. and repeat that performance on Tuesday, April 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall. The award-winning ensemble provides students with the opportunity to perform and become familiar with the ever-growing volume of contemporary percussion ensemble literature. This concert will feature chamber ensemble works for many different combinations of pitched and unpitched percussion instruments. The ensemble is directed by Dr. Luis Rivera, Director of Percussion Studies.

Tickets for this Musical Arts Series event will be sold at the door only. Admission is $8 general and $5 for 欲漫涩 faculty & staff, 欲漫涩 students, youths under 18 and all senior citizens (cash or check only). Musical Arts Series Season Pass Holders may now reserve their place at concerts if they contact events coordinator Keith Bohnet by 5:00 p.m. the day previous to the event! Call (251) 460-7116 or email kbohnet@southalabama.edu. Please mention the amount of seats needed AND be sure you are planning on being in place at least 20 minutes in advance of the concert! (Pass Holders only please! Held seats not claimed within 20 minutes of the performance may be offered to other concert attendees.)
